ECOPLANET BAMBOO - The Timber of the Twenty-first Century
EcoPlanet Bamboo aims to convince major corporations like WalMart and IKEA to trade timber for ecologically-sustainable bamboo. Intersect helped EcoPlanet define its pitch—contrasting the deforested slopes of Vancouver Island with lush bamboo plantations in Nicaragua and South Africa—and make the case for many of bamboo’s potential uses. We produced the spots from beginning to end, including scripting, shooting with drones and helicopters, editing, animation, and voice-over narration in both English and Spanish.
